At the P.I.G., we only cook enough food for each day. We believe in fresh, from-scratch BBQ. Once an item is sold out, we go home. So, take this menu with a grain of salt and call in your order early and often. We might not always have what you want, but everything we do is awfully tasty so don’t fret over trying something new.
